This Community Agreement outlines expectations for respectful engagement, appropriate conduct, and the shared responsibilities of all members. By accessing or using our community resources, you agree to comply with this Agreement and any additional policies referenced herein.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from our community.
Community Standards
All members are expected to uphold the following standards:
A. Respect & Inclusion
- Treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, ability, or background.
- Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
B. Ethical & Lawful Conduct
- Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations.
C. Appropriate Content & Communications
- Refrain from posting or sharing offensive, defamatory, misleading, or false content.
- Do not engage in spamming, excessive self-promotion, or unauthorized solicitation.
- Maintain a constructive and faith-based dialogue in discussions.
D. Protection of Community Resources
- Respect our community’s intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.
- Unauthorized use, distribution, or replication of KLC’s materials is strictly prohibited.
Membership Responsibilities
By joining Kingdom Life Communication, you agree to:
✔ Engage in good faith—be an active, positive force within the community.
✔ Respect community leadership—follow guidance from moderators, facilitators, and administrators.
✔ Participate in a safe and legal manner—avoid any actions that could cause harm or liability.
Enforcement & Disciplinary Actions
KLC reserves the right to enforce this Agreement through the following means:
Warnings & Reminders – A formal reminder will be given to first-time or minor violations.
Temporary Suspension – Members who repeatedly violate guidelines may have restricted access.
Permanent Removal – Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from all KLC programs and platforms.
All enforcement decisions are made at KLC’s discretion. We are not required to provide prior notice or justification for removal if a violation is deemed severe.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been unfairly disciplined or have concerns regarding another member’s conduct, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. KLC reserves the right to make final determinations regarding community disputes.
Modifications & Updates
We may update this Community Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any changes.
